In 1979 Late Sh. T, R. Aggarwal, the Commissionerof Income tax (Haryana) conceived an idea of forming a co-operative House Building Society for providing accommodation to its members in a serene and open environment away from the hustle of main city. The present site was selected keeping in mind its proximity to national highway No. 10 and the future railway station of Rohtak. The society in the late 70s’ has begun to bear fruit and has become one of the biggest cooperative societies in Haryana. The total area of the societys’ land spans about 97.91 acres with complete infrastructural facilities, laid out road structures water supply, sewerages’ storm water drainage & electrification.

The society land of 97.91 acres was given license for setting up of a residential colony by the Director, Department of Town and Country Planning in January 2003 under license No. 1 of 2003 vide letter No. 5DP (III)-2002/587,03-01-2003.
Approach
Residential colony of the society is part of sector 26 (A) with approach road from N. H. No. 10 at 1.75 KM, and the proposed of more connected roads from Delhi-Rohtak road in the near future. On the South-West side is Asthal Bohar Railway Station which the proposed junction for Delhi, Rewari & Bhiwani cities. The M. D. University is 4 KM from the colony and on the North-East is Baba Mast Nath Deemad University.
